What an amazing experience. Joe was by far the best carpet person (and overall person) I have met. He was very diliberate in making sure our carpet was installed right on time and even stayed late to make sure our carpet was installed 100% the second day (we have a VERY large home). He is a people person. My helped my 12 year old daughter with the understanding of the new vacuum (because she asked). I never trust anyone with her and yet he was such a good person and so gentle that I trusted my entire family around him. I had a problem with a stair outside (nothing to do with the carpet itself) and he saw me struggeling with it. He came outside immediately and fixed what I was struggeling with. I would have been working on it for hours or never have it fixed because I did not have the right tools if he did not willingly come and help. He offered me lunch the second day because I was hungry due to the work that I had been doing (which I graceously said no to). But, this is this mans character. His work is stunning others and we chose the cheaper carpet (due to the fact we only did this to move). The way they did the work made the carpet look like an expensive carpet and it feels like an expensive carpet. So, I am not even sure if they did not actually use a more expensive carpet for sure. I know that he just wants to make sure that people are really taken care of unlike all the other people who quoted me way above what he did (one by 5,000.00 above what he quoted). Trust me. You will want his hands on your home.

Quality Carpet Installations recently replaced all of the carpeting in my Littleton townhouse. Throughout my construction and warranty management career, I have worked with many, many contractors, and Joe ranks among the best. Through the sales process, he made positive suggestions, but did not try to "close" me on anything. All aspects of the installation process were punctual and professional. He even did a favor for me with some excess carpet at no additional charge. During the process I had the opportunity to go to his home and meet his wife and children. Not only is he an good businessman and an excellent craftsman, I believe that he is simply a good person as well, and I recommend him highly.

Joe installed carpet at my law office and 2 years later, also in my basement at my house; both times he did an amazing job! He takes pride in laying the carpet properly and making sure all the seams are invisible. If you have a pattern, he will make sure that the seams line up perfectly. You will not fall prey to a stray carpet nail and the carpet will not bulge due to a quick and careless installation. His team is trained and supervised by Joe versus a company that hires for the day. I trusted him in my home and law office without supervision, because he leaves the area exactly as he found it when he started.

We got a better price on the carpet than we were quoted by the retailer. When Joe arrived to install the carpet, he noticed a slight defect in the weave. He worked directly with the manufacturer to get us a defect refund. It was a hassle for him to deal with and took him quite a bit of time he didn't get paid for. He just dropped a check off to our house on a SUNDAY. These guys are the BEST. Use them, you will be happy you did.

Joe and his crew are very professional and kept us up to date on the whole project. His price much better than other quotes we received. I would recommend Joe for any carpet project you may have.

Excellent service. Highly recommend Joe for all carpet installation. He was very quick to respond and communicate. The work is great and was extremely pleased. Definitely give him a call for carpet stretching! Made my stairs look great after a lot of foot traffic.

I called to have someone look at my house and have some new carpet installed. They came to do my quote quickly had it available within my time frame. The job was done above my expectations.
